We collect information necessary to fulfill orders, provide customer support, and ensure secure transaction delivery:

3. Payment Gateway & Card Data Security (Razorpay)
All online payments on MiCaWas are processed through Razorpay Payment Solutions, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized payment aggregator.
- Zero Raw Card Storage: We do NOT collect, store, or view your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or NetBanking passwords on our servers.
- End-to-End Encryption: Transactions are transmitted using bank-grade 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption directly to Razorpay's secure tokenized infrastructure.
- Authentication: All card and UPI payments are protected by Mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and RBI tokenization standards.
4. Purpose of Data Processing
We use the information collected from you solely for the following legitimate business purposes:
- To process, pack, and ship your orders via logistics partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC).
- To generate tax invoices, dispatch notifications, and real-time tracking links via SMS/WhatsApp.
- To process warranty replacements, technical setup inquiries, and customer service requests.
- To prevent fraud, chargebacks, and unauthorized access.
5. No Selling of Customer Data & Marketplace Partner Privacy
We do NOT sell, trade, rent, or monetize your personal information to any third parties or advertisers. Data is shared only with trusted operational service providers strictly required to complete your order (e.g. Razorpay for payments, courier partners for delivery, and SMS gateways for tracking).
For orders and inventory synchronized via the Flipkart Seller Partner Services (SPS API), all customer and fulfillment data is processed in strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and Flipkart developer security standards. No customer PII obtained via marketplace APIs is ever pooled, leased, or transferred to unauthorized parties. 6. Data Retention & Cookie Usage
We retain order and transaction records for the duration required by Indian taxation and company law (minimum 7 years for GST & audit compliance).
